A way of showing up that feels more honest and aligned
How I work
I’m a coach with a background in transformation and a Master’s in Coaching Psychology. My work is shaped by both professional experience and a deep interest in meaning, authenticity, and how we relate to ourselves and others.
My approach isn’t fixed or formulaic. It’s shaped by what’s actually needed in the moment.
At the core, the work is relational and grounded in an existential perspective - not just focusing on what you want to do, but on who you are, how you relate, and what feels meaningful.
Where useful, I also draw on more structured approaches to bring clarity and direction.
What matters most is creating a space where you can think clearly, feel honestly, and move forward in a way that feels true.
What working together looks like
Sessions are typically 50 minutes and held online, or in person in London
We begin with what’s most present for you, there’s no fixed agenda. Some sessions are more exploratory, others more focused, depending on what’s needed.
You don’t need to have things figured out before you come.
Over time, the work tends to bring more clarity, honesty, and direction.
Fees
Sessions start from £95.
Reduced rates are available for block bookings.
What shapes my work
My coaching is shaped by a relational perspective, alongside training in evidence-based approaches.
I hold a Master’s degree, with training across:
• Existential Coaching
• Person-Centred and Humanistic approaches
• Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC)
• Solution-Focused Coaching
• Psychodynamic perspectives
It is also shaped by my experience working in change and transformation within corporate environment, alongside breathwork, somatic practices, and reflective writing - all of which contribute to the grounded, spacious quality of the work.
What clients say
“My topics were emotionally challenging and despite of this, Luke dealt with this emotionality really well, and supported me with empathy throughout the process. I also learned from him that goal setting is as much about the feeling or experience you would like to have, as is the outcome.”
- Annie, Germany
“Luke helped me navigate two big topics in my life: health and marriage. I am grateful for the takeaway items he helped me navigate to that are helping me create the change I desire in my life.”
- Mark, UK
“I enjoyed meeting and working with Luke. He was a different style of Coach than I was used to because his style is conversational and not necessarily a framework. He allowed me to process openly but also asked situational questions that helped me organise my thoughts and find my own solution.”
- Lana, USA
